Friendly employees and clean facilities
I am not in to going to a Gym and it being a meat market, where everyone is advertising there "wears" or um, lack of it. I like the family environment, and the modesty that is displayed by the people that work there as well as the clientele that come in to use the gym.
Much cleaner, bigger, more pools as compared to others. Also good ventilations as compared to others, Others smells sweat once to go inside.

The Valine club is great for older people with issues.
I aam concerned becausw when Maggie fell in the lcher room no one knew to fill out an accident report nor did they seem to know where they wer e. Thisw isw an insurance issue. Cal Fit's insurance company thinks you have the forms. Your're not having the forms is truly questionable. This is a laps in judgement. Calosha could levy a hefty fine if they geat a report.
Variety of instructor led exercise programs, knowledge of trainers and convenience of locations.

It has a good selection of equipment and generally I can get to the machine/weights I want without much or any wait.

It's fun to go there because there's so many different types of equipment to work out on so you don't get bored, and they offer lots of classes. The staff and the people that go there are very friendly. The bathrooms are spacious so no one gets in each other's way, but it would be nice to have more than 2 sinks. The midtown club on Alhambra is the best I've been to. I have been going to the Arden one in Carmichael, but the midtown one is nicer.
It is comfortable, clean, with a great layout to make anyone want to work out. Not to mention great staff!

Close to home and has childcare, group fitness classes, pools, and swim lessons. Cleanliness could be dialed in a bit (tile floors need a deep cleaning and so does much of the cardio equipment).

it's easy
I was skeptical and decided to do the Personal Trainer! Taylor is amazing and my first week has been amazing! I will be 65 next month and she has developed a plan of building my core back! I have a Ranch and am very active but this has been a Blessing of strength I need. Excellent!!
