The Sunrise facility is open and airy. The ceilings are high and spacious area. There is always plenty of equipment available and on-going classes to take.

Friendly staff clean
Starting with the people at the desk. They are very friendly and can help if needed. The instructors I have for my three classes are great. Gerardo, Julie and Leigh. The three I’d them are good teachers. The gym is clean. I feel safe going.
