Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Very professional

Clean, equipment is well maintained. Most times, someone greets me on the way into the gym. Childcare is top-notch. My son loves going here.

Only thing that could be improved is the customer service folks. Most times, a CFF Staff Member sees me about to exit and looks the other way.

Overall, I'm happy with this gym.

Wonderful employees, even though they keep changing. I also love how clean you keep the club. I admit I come for the pool, so let's keep it clean.

I appreciate the variety that is offered. A customer can enjoy group exercise as well as solo activities. Free weights, machines, cardio equipment, basketball court, swimming pool, saunas, whirlpools, and yoga rooms all keep the daily activity of exercise fresh.

It's open, clean, and variety of equipment in a wide-open area in different parts of the gym. Cardio upstairs and downstairs, the same with weights and cables/ dumbbells, and free weights.

Always friendly staff, club stays clean and good overall energy. Your staff treats people with respect and kindness. I've never seen or had a bad interaction with staff.

Staff, facilities, cleanliness, etc.

I switched over from another local gym about two years ago and do not regret it. I pay more, and it's worth every penny. The only complaint I would have is people coming into the steam room with their tennis shoes on (virus) and the same people using their cell phones in the locker room (privacy). The front counter staff is professional and most members are courteous and respectful. The pandemic has hit all gyms very hard, and Cal Fit Midtown has done an exceptional job with protocol. I will remain a member.

I enjoy that’s it’s something that whole family like to go 3-37 it’s awesome.

I like that the Carmichael club has a staff member cleaning the equipment and facility during the day. I like that the club offers some evening yoga classes. I like the layout of the machines.

I truly adore the kids zone staff. they know our kids and take care of them making me feel at ease while I work out. this gym is always clean, machines are working and good amount of space and variety of machines. I rave about cal fit and will continue to do so.

Clean and friendly. However, it needs more late afternoon yoga classes.

Clean, Music is horrible and too loud. We are early morning people.

The variety of workout machines, the staff being very approachable & willing to assist with machines or workout routines. Also the closeness of your location.

The club is clean and offers a lot of options. I like the staff as well.
It is also very convenient location wise as it is near my home.
