I come around 1pm most days and I have no problem getting to equipment. Staff is always friendly and the club is usually very clean. Just a good atmosphere.

Clean, friendly staff, location, flexible hours, classes offered, wide variety of equipment all meet my needs. The only comment I have is that when a machine is in need of repair it takes way too long before it is back in working order :)

TVs usually don't work on workout equipment - unable to watch games, etc.
Better day care hours

It's smaller than many clubs, and very friendly, and I feel comfortable there. Also, yesterday I called the Carmichael (Fair Oaks) Club and spoke to Rachel, and she was extremely helpful, totally patient with my questions, and handled my needs beautifully.

I also like that there are other seniors who go to the Carmichel club.

Lots of equipment and a variety of equipment, the swimming pool and my personal trainer Gabie Vega is really good at moving my fitness level forward. it seems like all your employees are nice and they keep things clean and in order.

haven't been there yet, but on the tour I appreciated the cleanliness of the entire facility

What are we using our points for?

The pool, and spa hotub, the spacing of the machines, the amount of machines, and the variety, also the fact that there are so many other sports type options.

The smell is now familiar and comforting.
Some of the trainers are approachable and friendly and might offer recommendations for equipment or might make encouraging comments (very helpful).
The front desk guy (I will learn his name next time)? My entire social media following thinks it's adorable that he's supportive of me maybe talking to my gym crush someday. This is a compelling narrative.
I have done some really stupid looking things in the gym and so far no one has publicly shamed me. I know they saw the time I choked on water and spit it out. I know they saw the time I thought the guy was trying to high five me but he was just stretching. So, it's nice that the club environment tolerates really awkward af people. Thanks.

I have been going primarily to the Sunrise Club since 2005. I love the classes I take, and the instructors are wonderful—knowledgeable, encouraging and inspirational. And the variety of classes…wow!! Truly, there is something for everyone. There are some great people at the front desk, so friendly and helpful. The different types of equipment available is wonderful to have on the days when a class isn’t feasible. I have taken advantage of all the amenities…pool, hot tub, sauna; so happy they are there. And having roomy lockers and showers is great; the perfect end to a workout. I have made some wonderful friends through the classes I take. I love how we are there for each other, inspiring each other, etc. I love my CFF experience!!

There are plenty of machines to use (as long as they are all working correctly). They have plenty of pools, things to do as a family. Personally, I love working out with my trainer, Tiana. I have issues with arthritis and she helps me strengthen the muscles around my joints. I feel confident that I’m using all the equipment to get me in shape. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Group fitness and quality instructors. I take classes from Kelly, Jaime and Janet on a regular basis and they are all FANTASTIC!!
