I have been a CFF member for over 20 years! Staff is friendly and helpful in any way needed! They have all the work out eguipment you possibly would need. I really take advantage of the large swimming pool

Awesome staff, clean, great working machines, pools on point. A great place to meet like minded people. I love that you can go to any Calfit, I work in rancho, sometimes folsom. My friends are all over the county and I can meet em in elk grove, natomas, or just go to another gym to change it up.

Location - easy parking - yoga classes (add more morning yoga classes please) - friendly staff and instructors. I wish club monthly dues were not so high. I only use Midtown. No desire to drive farther to exercise.

It has everything your looking for and need

The Bond location is super in all respects: super friendly staff and trainers, super training equipment and space, super clean locker rooms and showers, super pleasant outdoor amenities… My next favorite location is Laguna, where I enjoy it a lot. All staff at Laguna are amazing. The only thing that needs improvement there is they don’t have enough cleaning staff for the men’s locker room and showers. It is almost always dirty. Perhaps it is the busiest gyms of all, so management needs to take care of chronic unhealthy mens rest and locker rooms. Thanks!
