I just the pool. Find it comfortable, water temperature. Could be cleaner, leaves collect in the bottom and a dirty around water line - but it’s acceptable to me.

Cal Fit Greenhaven has a very relaxed workout atmosphere that reminds me of an old?! or not so old TV series called "Cheers". A place to go to do some serious workouts but where "Everyone knows your Name" and people there give you your space but still say hello.
The associates that work the front desk create a very personal and welcoming atmosphere and are very responsive to member needs. The maintenance associate is also very friendly and accommodates the members when she sees they are working out. She works around the members so as to not intrude on their routine.
The Roseville club on Foothills used to be filthy! When Lifetime fitness opened I bolted! Life changes made it necessary to find a club closer to home. I went back to the Foothills club and things sure have improved! Very clean with a great staff! I got to know manager Kristina snd she is wonderful! So sad to see her move to the Rocklin location.

Availability of machines and convenient
I like how there are disinfecting wipes made available throughout the gym, although 1-2 more locations would be nice. I love that ergonomic workout equipment is made available. I suffer from arthritis in my back, and these enable me to utilize the equipment safely and strengthen muscles. Also, the staff are very friendly and helpful to members.
Low key workout place with primarily middle age adult clientele who are there to exercise and not pose or chat all day.
