All the facilities are very nice; the pool, sauna, etc. The exercise equipment is all-inclusive for whatever someone wants to work on. I really like the locker system, haven't seen it anywhere else. The employees are all friendly and helpful.

I really only take the classes - HIIT, Barre, Yoga, ZUMBA. Many excellent instructors. I think that the clubs are well maintained. I love that I can go to several different nearby clubs.

I mainly just use the pool at this location. Carmichael has the BEST pool out of all locations. 🏊‍♀️

I love my Saturday Zumba class at OFF Midtown. So much good energy from instructor Cathy and class participants.

I also really appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of the Midtown staff. They always greet me when I get there and can help with tech issues or any facility questions that may arise.

And let's give a shout-out to the custodial crew. The Midtown club is always clean!

There is a large variety of equipment and weights. People of all ages and physical condition are members.
