Different variety of exercise machines

Since there is no place to offer criticism here, I will offer this: the "machines" need to be periodically lined up by row. Sometimes thru exercise the machines creep out of line and present an unsafe environment (I recently saw a woman get off one machine and walk right into another, hurting her knee). Unsafe. Periodically line up the rows.

We like that we have access to all clubs and that the clubs have most of the same amenities and services. The Kidz Klub/child care is very helpful and convenient.

I love the friendly staff & the cleanliness

The employees are always helpful, and overall all the family fit clubs are clean, the only change I would make is to be open longer.

1) Friendly and clean environment in most gym locations, 2) First class personal trainers at Howe Ave location I could not find elsewhere for my special needs and for my family, 3) Howe, Downtown, Natomas, and Bond locations rock, 4) Cafe at Laguna is the very best in class! Thank you for keeping my family and me healthy and happy!

I like the many gyms and classes available to me. The new spin bikes at the Laguna gym are great,. as are the Friday yoga classes there, and the Wednesday yoga classes dfffat the pocket location. Also the warm covered pool and classes at the Elk Grove location are tops.

It is very clean, there are always machines available, and the employees are nice and helpful.
