Not the cheapest or most expensive just a very nice place to work out. Lots of refurb going on in folsom with new floors paint and equipment you think there was a big competitor opening close by or something 😎

I love the quality of this gym in general. The equipment, the environment. Everything is new, clean, and nice. I actually enjoying my workouts here where most gyms are overcrowded and more of a hassle than they are worth.
The people are fantastic. Really enjoy Grace and Mary in the morning . It seems they remember everyone's name. Two special people.
