Friendly clean
What I like at Folsom Cal Fit :Frequently upgrading workout equipment,new flooring,fresh paint, excellent maintenance, and my wonderful trainer Lisa Lyon who has made the effort to be well acquainted with all the new equipment and which ones are appropriate for me.
On occasion I use trend mills but mainly attend fitness classes. I like the variety of classes and the instructors, particularly Lisa Murphy and Lisa Lyon. I tried the new bikes replacing the old x bikes. Really liked them - but the room needs more fans. Too hot, would be great to have the same cooling fans as the fitness room.

There is a large variety of work out equipment. What I don't like however is the loud music. It is everywhere in the gym, even in the locker room. There is no escape. It is hard to hear my own music.

Love the group fit classes and fun instructors
I really like the new weight equipment . I would love to see a digital clock out at the swimming pool as it is very difficult to do swimming sets with the current clock out on the deck. I swim 5 to 6 times a week and compete for the US Masters . I Primarily train at your pool and would love to see a digital clock to help with my training . I know many other swimmers that swim on a regular basis would love to have this as well . Thank you for the many improvements that you have done over the last six months .
The entire staff is very friendly. I take the GIT class three times a week. Preston leads that and without him I probably would not come. He actually makes exercising fun.

I like the GIY group fitness & the trainer, Preston. He has a smile everyone & personality that goes along with it. He gives attention to each gal regarding their exercise & the machines they use.
He is definitely a big part of the reason I continue going. I started going to the gym when I began my divorce proceedings & he & the gals that attend the gym have been a God sent.....
