Downtown Calfit is by far my favorite! The staff there are the best!

The staff as well as the other members are very friendly and helpful. The employees will always try to help you and tell you how a machine works. There's a ton of high quality equipment and the pool is very well maintained. The atmosphere in the gym is very nice. The gym is continuously improving to stay up to date and give the best workout possible. Everything about the gym is amazing

I love the little quiet environment the Madison location provides. I recommend adding a steam room though.

Family friendly, plenty of free weights and exercise machines, most of the cardio machines have TVs, the free paper towels and wet wipes to clean the exercise machines, two water drinking stations, plenty of locker space, friendly personnel, plenty of parking spaces, maintenance personnel who keep the place clean and well stocked with supplies,

What impresses me the most is that the facility is clean and the equipment is well maintained which shows that the management really cares about their members' comfort.

I have been a member of CFF for about 25 years and have recommendedit it to countless number of people.
I like everything about the place but am not crazy about the new sit-up machines!!!

All classes I attend offer modifications that I can adapt to my own abilities. I feel like I have gotten stronger and more confident since I started coming to the club

No I don't like the gym in the downtown location.
The men's locker room is always dirty and plastic sheets are often in need of restocking. I have had to tell staff on at least 3 different occasions to please place plastic sheets on the roll dispenser.

Friendly staff, makes you feel welcome. There are some changes that can be made for example mirrors in front of elliptical machines Which are located in front of plain wall and for sure you need digital clock instead of analog clock, because every second matter while working out

You are the only club in Sacramento still offering an array of step aerobics classes. The instructors are all still enthusiastic about this format. Thank you.
