Very friendly woman working in the front. 3 different stylists have cut my son's hair and they've all been very nice. I wish you could have the option to book an appointment and it wasn't just walk in. A mix would be best I think, but maybe you guys have too many no show clients. In that case you could do a 5 min policy if they're 5 mins late, the appointment goes to the next walk in. That way you can just tell the walk in, you have an appointment but if they don't come in 5 mins I can take you, if they do come, another stylist will help you when they're available. I don't know.. just a thought!

It was great. A wait I expected at time of day.
Great desk person who was friendly and prompt. Connected well with my child, she also was prompt to clean up hair between working the front desk. The barber was thoughtful to check in with me as a parent and listen to my seven year old to make sure we were both in alignment before cutting. He did a great cut and was very good at engaging with my son. We all left happy and I will return.

The person who cut my hair was amazing. Her shampoo and rinse were heavenly but way too short. She was exceptionally attentive, and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment.

I brought my two boys (5 and 3) in for haircuts, and it was their very first trip to a barber. They were both pretty nervous, and I was having a hard time convincing them to get their hair cut in the first place.
The woman who greeted us was amazing. She could tell they were anxious and went out of her way to make them feel comfortable. She fit us in with only a short wait, offered the boys lollipops, and let them play on the tablets while we waited. Her kindness and patience made such a difference.
Once they were in the chairs, the TVs with cartoons helped keep them distracted, and the barbers were great with them. Both haircuts turned out fantastic, and the boys left happy and looking sharp. Thank you to the whole team for making their first barber experience such a positive one. We’ll definitely be back!
