Everything was great start to finish. Very welcoming and informative of wait time. All the staff is super friendly, the shop looks great and is very well kept. I’ve been seeing Marissa as my barber for about 5 years now for me and my son and I’ve never had a bad experience. Tommy Guns is always great but the Township location is the best I’ve been to.

The appointment was made very easy, and with extreme anxiety to deal with that was very important to me. Marissa (sorry for spelling if wrong) was incredible to talk to, willing to modify the norm to my needs and able to give me an incredible cut as well as experience.

Very friendly woman working in the front. 3 different stylists have cut my son's hair and they've all been very nice. I wish you could have the option to book an appointment and it wasn't just walk in. A mix would be best I think, but maybe you guys have too many no show clients. In that case you could do a 5 min policy if they're 5 mins late, the appointment goes to the next walk in. That way you can just tell the walk in, you have an appointment but if they don't come in 5 mins I can take you, if they do come, another stylist will help you when they're available. I don't know.. just a thought!

It was great. A wait I expected at time of day.
Great desk person who was friendly and prompt. Connected well with my child, she also was prompt to clean up hair between working the front desk. The barber was thoughtful to check in with me as a parent and listen to my seven year old to make sure we were both in alignment before cutting. He did a great cut and was very good at engaging with my son. We all left happy and I will return.
The people treat you like family
The person who cut my hair was amazing. Her shampoo and rinse were heavenly but way too short. She was exceptionally attentive, and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment.
