Waiting Room: Never saw so much advertising that had nothing to do with an Urologist office/
While waiting - listening to three staff discussing issues with patients on phone attempting to get appointments or giving directions for how to check their insurance or prep for a proceedure - non of it any of our (patients / customers) busines in the waiting room.
Med Tech: Unprofessional - assumed she was the NP - based on failure to identify herself - asking questions - some not appropriate - finally asked if she was was Julie Restis NP - Nope.
Julie Restis: Professional - felt comfortable with her - questions were answered - Excelent Bedside manners.
Dr. Brown listens to all you have to say, and helps you to understand. He helps me feel comfortable during tense moments, and in uncomfortable conversations.

Dr Brown has a friendly responsive staff from the front office to the PAs and nurses. I appreciated that Dr Brown sat down and spent quality time discussing my condition, my concerns and provided recommendations and advice.

From front office to the exam room, San Diego Urology Associates Medical Group was a great experience. I apologize in advance for my name spelling. Ida at the front desk was super helpful. Unfortunately I was late. I went to the wrong location. Ida checked in back and was able to get me in. The office was very clean. Sarazan the medical assistant was efficisnt and competent. Julie Restis, FNP was to the point getting me answers to my questions and concerns after a thorough history and exam. We came up with a great plan for future care. I went to another urology office last year and could not have been unhappier. I could not have been happier about my visit at San Diego UrologyAssociates today. Brian Davis
