Michele, customer service rep that helped me set up my account and order propane, was very helpful. I told her I was new to household propane heat and she walked me through the whole process and answered all of my questions in a kind, professional manner. She and the other staff also made sure that my delivery got scheduled before our move-in date a few days later. In short, they were knowledgeable, courteous and quick. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone in the future.

We like that Stevens Propane is a locally owned business. However, that seems to have changed.

I realize that Todd has left and it seems that people are scrambling to have things run smoothly. I am with Stevens because of the personal touch. I can talk to a person who knows the company and can do things. I appreciate that the company gives a senior discount and a discount for paying a bill within a few days. I recently called for a tank fill up and for a a new connection for a generator. Someone came out within a few days with good service. So I guess I can relax and trust Stevens. A month ago I called for the generator hook up and was connected to someone in Ohio (I live in MI) and she had no idea why I wanted a propane connection. I kept trying to find someone who could help and I got it.

So I want good service, someone I can talk to and trust. I want to feel that the company is not going to take advantage of me. (Like the prior company I was with)

We were very glad we were able to pre-buy propane last summer. Our recent delivery was very prompt (actually ahead of when we anticipated) and the driver was very friendly and considerate. I called with a question regarding our account and Nicki was very helpful.

The quality of service is unmatched and the entire staff has always been friendly and understanding.

Thank you for monitoring the tank and keeping it filled, summer or winter, without my having to try and keep track or call when we may be getting low.
