We have been pleased, even after the business changed hands, to be able to have the local contact person and the quick response time with any questions. We like having the contract to establish the price each year also.

Professional and polite!

Didn’t enjoy having to run empty because of incorrect estimates in tank volume. When we called agent stated they wouldn’t refill until next day even though we had to remind them multiple times it’s not our fault. In the end our local office ensured we would be filled same day and they did. So although very stressful for a few hours it was resolved nicely. Thank you.
