I especially like the sauna and rules you have established for it, but am disappointed about the few women who do not follow them and are a disturbance in the sauna.

I like the amount of equipment that is available daily. Only once did I not get the piece of equipment that I like best. Considering my average usage per month is 20-25 times, that’s a great percentage.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like the atmosphere as to kid friendly and Adults. I see the kids being encouraged, giving them confidence to build up there self esteem. I have always seen the coaches or instructor good with the kids. The activities are good for the kids.

As a senior citizen, I enjoy the Silver Sneakers classes. Instructors are well trained and personable.

The indoor pool and classes for my young child are great! Wish there were more open pool hours, but I understand.
