What do you like about our programs and activities?

All the staff are friendly and helpful. I love all the water instructors as they each have their own style. I love that there are numerous water classes to choose from.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I do personal training with Phil, who is excellent. I am recovering from a lower back injury and he has been great about finding exercises that gently build strength and muscle and push my limits without causing excess pain (which is more than I can say for my last round of physical therapy). He's communicative and easy to work with and I value his service a lot.

All of the amenities provided. Not a lot of ymca still have a sauna and whirlpool

Free with membership, wide variety, work at your own pace, work as an individual or with group. Staff is helpful and friendly.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Miss Jen is fantastic. My daughter can be a little distracted and silly, she deals with her so well. We have done cheerleading, ballet, and gymnastics. We have loved all of it. The cheerleading coaches miss basha, miss Cora, and there's one whose name I am spacing is great. As well as miss Mariah and miss cora in gymnastics.
