The entire staff is welcoming and kind. The front desk staff are always pleasant and knows a lot of people by name. It’s a friendly atmosphere.
The great variety of programs offered for all age groups
I am 83 years old and do not use any of the programs. I do use the facility for walking and weight machines. And the building is always clean, and the staff are always helpful and friendly.
I like the pool. Haven’t used anything else yet.

Mrs. Alice does an amazing job with the sport programs. She ensures communication and answering all questions. She has a great team that supports her activies. I've continued to choose the Ranburg location just because of her professionalism and overall efforts

I enjoy the variety of options to stay fit.
I think Ransburg is run really well. The facilities are clean, the employees are friendly and helpful, and you have so many activities available. The pool was lovely for morning aerobics this summer.
I do have one issue. I basically come for the eGym. It’s terribly frustrating when people don’t use it correctly. When everyone does their one circuit and then do their second one it flows perfectly. When people sit there and do two or three at a time it becomes a backed up mess. Several of us just left a couple of times because it just stresses you out which isn’t productive. I’d appreciate a sign being posted that when there are other people using the machines, please do the circuit as it is intended to be used.
Besides that I think you’re doing a wonderful job.

Silver sneakers staff are fun. I First name removed't do much else so am unaware of many of the programs.
We got the membership for the outdoor pool because we wanted to start doing laps. I have live in Irvington for 5 years now and this was my first year to finally join the Y! I’m so glad we decided to and wish we had earlier in the summer. Next summer we will most definitely be back !
