What do you like about our programs and activities?

I tend to do better keeping a routine for a workout with classes and the YMCA has some good options. Body pump, 30 minute core and PIYO are my favorites.

Alice is an excellent communicator & all of the basketball coaches are so kind & pour such time & energy into our kids. Cost is not prohibitive & we always feel very welcomed

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Lots of Silver Sneakers classes to choose from. Activities for the local community show our Y as being in touch with what’s wanted and needed. Also the place is always clean, and the grounds are kept neat.

Swim team is great. The kids have so much fun. Coach Jessy is wonderful she really loves the kids.
My kid never wants to get out of the pool when practice is over. The pool is so clean and the perfect temperature.

Variety of programs for Active older adults. Trainers are excellent as are the class instructors. Friendly participants and staff. Very convenient location

I love the variety and I love the sense of community. There are activities for all ages and abilities including being able to just walk the track, which is my favorite.
