I haven't join any classes I really like 2 walk whenever I come to the YWCA the facility is clean and the staff is friendly and courteous

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I really enjoy the group exercise classes that I attend. I do have one request that I know many others would like as well. Give us an option on the phone menu to speak to the reception desk. Its maddening not to be able to call and found out if the pool is down or an instructor is out. There is no way to find this out now with the current phone set up. I shouldn't have to drive all the way over there to find out.

The excellent exercise coaching that we are signed up for. I also enjoy the variety of workout equipment available and the swimming pool.

I've only been to a couple of swimming classes and one water aerobics class. Even though I'm having a time with the water, the instructors and atmosphere are great. Price for the swimming class reasonable

Water Fitness & Chair Yoga are the BEST for this Mature/Seasoned Lady! the Instructors are patient, kind and welcoming!! Gonna be trying STRETCH CLASS this week with Monica, & looking forward to it!
