Good, friendly staff.
Clean and tidy
The Y provides many programs for all ages. To the youth, swimming, and introductory body training. To the teen more of the same and into adulthood many actifvities such as basketball, spinning, racquetball as well as excellent weight training equipment for everyone's ability.
The big problem is that there are so many items to choose from, which one should be your priority.
I encourage anyone to consider and join the Y!

I have only been using the facility wellness center but I appreciate all the other programs that are offered to members.
Excellent instructors who will give variations to exercises to benefit all fitness levels. I’ve met wonderful new friends through the Y exercise classes. Building is clean and inviting. Tom always had a smile and a warm greeting in the mornings at the front desk.

Staff are very welcoming. Facilities are clean. Everyone seems to be doing their best even though there are staff shortages.
The programs focus upon real people in the community rather than a hyper-fit minority. I like the emphasis on upgrading the health of the community. The Jordan Y is so much more than “a gym with a pool”. It is a place with something positive for everyone.

Despite being shorter on staff, the life guards, aquatic director and the rest of the staff are doing a great job at making the pool feel comfortable for families. They will stop and make conversation and are super polite to the kids even when they need to blow the whistle at them. I really appreciated last weekend when the lifeguards were watching my daughter and two friends from school while some older kids were trying to steal their ball and throw it further than she and her friends could reach. Thank you for noticing that lifeguards, we’re happy to support the Y!

I love the classes, the equipment is good, I think the teachers are terrific, and I have met some very nice people going there. In short, there really isn't much I don't like about the Jordan Y!
