Recently we were at the Y to swim. My wife has Alzheimer’s and could not find her clothes and keys that she had put in a locker after she had finished swimming. The staff took a lot of their time helping her find her things. They helped turn a possible very difficult situation back into the wonderful experience she had by going swimming for the first time in many years. Thank you again so much. I am so impressed by the professionalism and caring of the staff.
I like the spin cycle class on Saturday with Becky. Unfortunately the only time you have enough lanes in the indoor swimming pool is at nine he same time as this class. Need more lap times during the week but not at 5:15 am.

I haven’t really done any activities besides working out. I like the availability of classes and plan to try some out at some point though!
Good variety, good time schedules
I focus on the weight room. I really enjoyed the virtual ymca hero challenge. It wasn’t traditional but it was fun to do with the whole family. The men’s locker room is relatively clean, but I would like to see the lockers deep cleaned as some are quite dusty on the inside.

The teachers are great! The difference I have seen in my child since we began this program has been incredible. The teachers do a great job of pushing each child's skills while not leaving anyone in the class behind. Everyone has a chance to shine and it's so encouraging to see.
