Great variety and instructors that really like what they do!

Fitness center
Convenient, friendly and little to no pressure. Y appears clean to me.
We have a personal trainer and use the facilities 2 times per week. We are able train without difficulty. The facility is clean and comfortable
I like that the pool has a shallow end that can be walked in even. The water aerobics class I took today was a good class. You have classes in the morning before 8 that I can go to that work for me and my timetable.
The monthly Senior Lunch & Learns are fun & helpful. Thanks to Janet Pillsbury's December presentation, I now have a new PCP through CenterWell.
