The Sauna, Hot Tub and Pool, all of them are great for water therapy for my injuries and Cronic Pain management.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like that its never too crowded and I feel comfortable going there. They have many activities but I mostly walk the track. I will eventually take advantage of the personal training.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I am an older member who does not avail herself of a wide variety of options available at Irsay, but I very much appreciate the availability of the EGYM, the track, the whirlpool, and the exercise platforms. It brightens my day when I spend time there. Frequently seeing children around also adds to a cheerful atmosphere.

The facility is attractive, kept clean, and equipment is updated on what seems to be a regular basis. Everyone is courteous, helpful, and users are polite and not rowdy. I appreciate all that as well.
