Swimming
The representatives are very friendly and they get to know you by name!! I love water, aerobics, chair, yoga, hot tub, and the wellness center is fine as well as beneficial! Linda, Liz and Taj are my favorites but they are fantastic.
Lastly , the bingo with the luncheon is always fun and exciting

Also, Sammie is my personal trainer and she does a great job - challenging me with exercises to help me strengthen my legs before I have knee surgery. She's kind and knowledgeable.
The water aerobics is perfect for my needs. Low impact on damaged knee and good cardio overall. Having a choice of available times during any week makes it impossible to skip a class! Perfect motivation.

The "Y" is a wonderful place to exercise along with all the programs and activities. Only a couple of issues that needs to be address are the main front entrance black spots that need to be removed or cleaned up. This area does leave a bad impression for new and prospect members about joining. For the existing members it kind of give a negative impression as you start your activities.
Since this area has the black spot for some time now that the "Y" leadership has little or no interest in cleaning up this entrance.
The second minor item in the main mem's locker room is the paper towel dispenser on the left side. It has not been in working order again for some time.
I swim in the early morning. I enjoy the water classes, and the free swim. The guards and the people in aquatics are very helpful and very nice.
Chair yoga. I wish you would offer Yin or Restorative yoga one evening per week.
My granddaughter likes open swim, and she attends camp in the summer.
Wide variety of activities hosted at a wide variety of days and times.
