Clean friendly lots of programs
I am concern about the virtual Chair Yoga Classes during the summer. We need a person yoga instructor for these classes. Please help find a person to do chair yoga classes during the summer. Thank you.
I can find something that fits my needs - appropriate activity level, good schedule.
I have only participated in the evening water aerobics. Kristin and Kyle are both good at keeping things moving and providing a good workout, but I give an extra kudo to Dawn. She also makes the class laugh, which brings the group together. She really enjoys doing this, and her enthusiasm shows.
There seemed to be an issue with several things having an out of order sign on them in the women's locker room each week I went in, but that seems to be getting better so far.

The water aerobics classes are very helpful whenever you have sore joints. It is a great way to stay active and be aggressive and still not hurt yourself

The variation of facilities vs a standard gym, and for about the same price.
The wide range of equipment in the fitness area although some of the padding on the machines is showing age, wear and tear...ie the quad raises padding is worn out causing some pain on the knee tendons. I also like the outdoor walking/running track.
The Y is very welcoming to all. We have enjoyed the main workout room, sauna, hot tub, and Body Balance class. We look forward to trying more of the activities.

I enjoy the Active Older Adults water Aerobics. The Tuesday chair Yoga is a favorite of mine. I also like using the exercise machines and treadmills.
Variety and pool exercise programs
A Christian atmosphere, very clean facility, well maintained equipment for physical fitness to do on my own with a trainer as an option.
The children's swim programs are great. I like riding stationary bikes and lifting small weights.
The aquatics folks are the best. Leadership from Deb is superior. Excellent communicator, cares about kids, good person.
Appreciate Don. Watched him de-escalate a very public situation a few Thursdays ago in a calm, firm manner assuring safety for guests.
Weight room facility is a great place. Good vibes, good people. Excited to work out there.
When our reservation is available we love being able to do our walking in the lap pool. The facility is clean staff is friendly.
Bright, big, clean, without odor. I love the quiet study area, sometimes I worked from there. The only complaint is the "safety guard must be available for the swimming pool" rule. The lap lane open hour is terribly reduced and wasted because the lifeguard is not available. Other Ys or gyms are not like this.
Good for kids outdoors activities.
