Love Jill Henderson’s spin class on Thursdays at 9:15. She puts a lot of thought and effort into planning our rides and coordinating the music which is great. She is always upbeat and encouraging! Kudos to Jill!

The eGym system is motivating and efficient. I can do two sets at good weights with rapid switching between stations.
