I love the programs offered for people of all ages!! My children went to the YMCA when They were growing up and loved it! Now we get to enjoy the same atmosphere with my grandson.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

My wife and I love the e-machines to get a total workout. The staff are knowledgeable and courteous. We have met many people our age (old coots). What else could seniors want?

The variety of programs offered is a definite plus. We are new to the facility and using eGym for our beginning workouts, but will expand as we get into better shape

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I enjoy very much, the E-Gym and the water aerobics classes . The participants are very nice. The staff at the y are always friendly and welcoming . I have signed up for the Turkey Run on Thanksgiving . I enjoy the community involvement in this fun activity . I love Shirley’s 10 am water aerobics class . She is a great leader and leads a very good class . I intend to attend activities at the Y and I encourage family members and friends to sign up for a program ! Thank you very much . What do you like about our programs and activities?

Enjoy the classes offered at the Y between virtual & instructors. Wish there was more lap swimming available. Posting of classes available each day at the front desk would be helpful to see what is available that day coming into the day.
