I love the arthritis water program with Renee. She is the best. However I have yet been able to schedule using the app. It is not friendly.

Love everything except the weak jets in the men’s whirlpool. That is one of the main reasons I joined.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

So far I have only been taking the water aerobics classes. The instructors make sure we understand the exercises and help newcomers with the "moves". They remember our names (a feat way beyond my brain), are cheerful and welcoming. I truly enjoy attending these classes.
