I enjoy using the e circut in winter
pool in summer
the spa in womens locker area is helpful for when I have leg pain

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Your availability. You're there when I'm ready to workout and I can vary my times and days. The workout equipment is frequently being updated with new but yet - still familiar. Friendly staff - clean and updated facility with new flooring and fresh paint.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I started my water exercise routine following retirement. The strengthening of my core muscles really made a huge difference in my recovery after having shoulder replacement surgery! I’m certain I would have struggled with many daily activities but was able to do most things with ease or minimal assistance. I am genuinely thankful for everyone who makes the Y such a great place!

The staff at Baxter YMCA is always friendly and welcoming. The program offerings are varied. The overall experience is very positive and family oriented.

I love the water arthritis classes and water aerobics. Also been taking silver sneakers yoga on Wednesdays. I signed up for the Egym which I also like. Bottom line, I love the Y

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love the water aerobics programs. I have degenerative disc disease and arthritis. Exercising on hard floors is very painful. Exercising in the water gives me the resistance to strengthen muscles but is easier on the joints. It has worked wonders for me. Baxter Y has the best instructors. Music is fantastic to work out with! Shirley, Denise and Sue are awesome!!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I understand there Christian based vision. Improvement and updates are completed when needed. It's very family oriented. and we have been a member for 30+ years.
