Lots of classes for seniors . What is bad is the parking lot situation now. It should have been taken care of while the weather was good. I am 76 and use a cane. It's a very long walk for me especially since the side door by the outdoor pool is locked. When the weather gets really bad I probably won't be able to go. (and will be expected to pay the monthly fee). The monthly fees still increase while some things are not taken care of.
I have been a member for over 12 years.
We love how every welcoming and we love the activities plus the gym is very equipped.

I reallylike the Emachines in the weight room area. I like the music they play. I like that the Y offers a little bit of everything. With fall coming it’s nice to be able to walk on treadmills and bike indoors.
Member Services and Play & Learn staff are amazing. Imani takes excellent care of my children!

I love that there are many variety of classes and they do not cost additional. I also love the very talented and motivated instructors

I like that you can work out, practically anytime of day or evening that you like. I also like that there are trainers available to schedule for help, I’m especially enjoying Natasha and our yoga sessions. She is very caring, gentle and thoughtful. She is a great addition to the staff.
So far, I’ve only taken two water aerobics classes. I’ve enjoyed getting to know people. I’m starting to get to know my way around. The staff has been very helpful.

So far I've tried shallow aerobics, arthritis water, cardio and silver sneakers.
