I like that to are willing to accommodate me for virtual classes that I enjoy. And now I’m happy to hear that my Saturday class will have a live teacher!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Large variety of perks for all including someone like myself who is trying to improve my health after experiencing a ( left side ) stroke in February . 1st time trainer to get one accustom to the machines . My daughter is visually impaired and yet she is welcomed as well with the E program ! The E band takes the guess work out of being able to learn to work the machines effectively as well as safely .
