What do you like about our programs and activities?

Staff truly cares about the health and wellbeing of members, and they create a welcoming, positive and challenging environment for growth.
Especially love Johnnetta Springers's weightlifting/HIIT classes. I would love kick boxing, pilates and yoga classes to be included with membership fees.

Avondale YMCA offer a variety of programs for youth and adults. They are welcoming and offer community centered programs which encourage community awareness and community engagement.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love working out with my Personal Trainer, Marcia Johnson. She and I are near the same age, so she understands some iof the quirks that come along with aging. We've been partners for over 5 years.

I also love the fact that the staff are all very friendly and helpful. AND the facility is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!
