It’s a friendly place to be. Programs for all ages
The Y has the friendliest atmosphere. A lot of exercises can nowadays be accomplished at home. But going to a pleasant clean place where there are friendly people s scientifically proven to be better for your health.

The programs and activities are so much fun. I loved the YMCA! I wish there are more Adult League programs, but other than that, I loved the YMCA.

There are varied activities & programs offered for people of all fitness levels. I feel that I get tremendous value for my membership money. The association membership widens the scope of fitness activities in which I can participate.
Diversity, enthusiasm and helpful suggestions
I can’t say enough about my class with Lacy!! She works us hard! I get through the pain listening to her exciting life stories. lol! I feel so healthy and my clothes fit better too!! I have to go back up north and I have not been able to find a class like hers! I would highly recommend this class for staying forever young!
I haven't tried any programs or activities. However, I do use the fitness facilities.
They work and enjoy going there!!
