Great instructors for classes geared to my age group.

I love the skilled and personable instructors and staff. I think thy are working hard to get over the setbacks with the pandemic and hurricane. I trust in Joey and his perseverance and team to work through setbacks. I know they have already enacted progress.

Many great activities for all ages families children elderly etc.very clean and structured and I feel safe when working out here

The gym is always so clean and classes are great
I like the group activities, the ones geared to older adults. But the heavy duty classes are excellent if you remember your capabilities. The gym is awesome, virtual room is ok, sometimes I feel cramped in there. It is all good!
