The programs and activities are so much fun. I loved the YMCA! I wish there are more Adult League programs, but other than that, I loved the YMCA.

There are varied activities & programs offered for people of all fitness levels. I feel that I get tremendous value for my membership money. The association membership widens the scope of fitness activities in which I can participate.
Diversity, enthusiasm and helpful suggestions
I can’t say enough about my class with Lacy!! She works us hard! I get through the pain listening to her exciting life stories. lol! I feel so healthy and my clothes fit better too!! I have to go back up north and I have not been able to find a class like hers! I would highly recommend this class for staying forever young!
I haven't tried any programs or activities. However, I do use the fitness facilities.

The Y is like a second family for so many people!
They care about you when you don’t show up and encourage you when you do! The members take initiative to greet you and ask your name! The place is small and homey and clean and we love children there! I have been part of the Y for 24 years and have raised 11 kids going there and participating in so many programs!
