The group fitness classes
As a senior, I go to the 'Y' to swim laps. I don't use the equipment.
I’m very happy with the number of class opportunities and instructors.
My only complaint is the equipment could really use a facelift. Handle grips and the vinyls on the seats are very worn.

Every single thing you offer
I think that you have activities for older people like me. I enjoyed chair, yoga, working out on the machines looks like you got some newer machines in. Love the swimming pool I do exercise there and relaxing. And I really like the hot tub and the steam room. I’m also happy that you have showers there in a big enough dressing room and lockers. Your staff seems to be very sweet and helpful. I just need someone to show me how to use some of the equipment, but I will ask when I have time. Thank you for providing such a healthy helpful atmosphere.

The classes are great. My favorite is spin. Anissa and Heather do a great job of motivating us to do our best. The staff at the desk is helpful as well.

Good for all ages. Fun fun fun
The Y is one of the few places that has classes. I thinking you marketed this more, membership would increase. When I tell people about classes, they are surprised.
I like the chair yoga classes and the swim exercise classes. There are other classes I would like to do, but they are so crowded. I do wish there was coverage for lifeguards when they take a break. To get out of the pool and hang in a hallway waiting is not really practical when the sir is on.
