I love the program exercise classes for the active older adults! The gentle cardio, the gentle fusion, Cherry yoga! And having them later in the morning is also wonderful. Since it takes a while to get these old bones moving! I am disappointed that you did not take silver sneakers
Offers a variety of workout options, hours of operation is user friendly. Most instructors provides challenges workouts!
The staff at the Y is excellent; they are friendly and helpful. The facility and location are excellent. The two opportunities for improvement in my opinion are the need to update the fitness machines and the need to be competitive with national chains with monthly fees.
I have always like the YMCA.
All instructors are loyal and passionate about the classes they teach. In particular, my favorite are Zumba, belly dance and body pump.
I love the water aerobic class and the arthritis class, after the classes it is wonderful to use the outdoor hot tub. The teachers got classes are excellent. I have only been going for a few weeks so haven’t tried any of the machines but I will and know I can get some instruction to do them properly. Everyone of the employed are very well versed on how everything works which is very refreshing. I am sure I will be coming for quite some time.

Great classes and instructors! It’s been wonderful for us snowbirds.
I love the children's center and the high-tech gym equipment. It is very family-friendly and it offers a nice spacious place.
I have liked all of the classes. I have felt a bit intimidated by the check off system for Elaine's aerobics class. We should be able to mark ourselves off.
The programs are well organized and well run. The instructors are a delight and good at helping experience people.
Sue is very good at guiding me on the various machines. I’ve also done several water exercises in the past year. I also enjoyed those. Hope to get back to them as soon as a wound heals.
I like the variety of equipment and classes.
It would be good to have some seats near the workout machines so that people who are resting/snacking/checking phone do not monopolize the equipment for 15-20 minutes.
I do NOT like the volume of the music in the dance room and will never join a class.
