Jenn O, Jenn S, Missy, Rosemary are the best instructors.
Group classes. I particularly like not “Jen’s” body pump classes and find Janice to be a very well educated and caring yoga instructional
What I like the most is the facility itself and the people there! The facility is very well maintained and offers top notch equipment, and the people (staff and pickleball instructors) are simply the best, helpful, knowledgeable and overall very pleasant.

I like that the staff is friendly and competent. The two Jenns are excellent instructors!
The group exercise schedule seems lopsided to me as there is only one format of group strength training and it isn’t appropriate for everyone.
There are no core classes, no foam roller classes and not enough yoga and cycling classes. Also weekend schedule is minimal.
We need more classes and more than one group x room. We could make good use of the smaller room down the hall (not the gym) if it was well equipped and kept clean.
I love that the workout area with the equipment does not have endless TVs. So distracting!
Pickleball
I love the active adult exercise classes. The instructors are excellent.
I feel these classes have improved my strength and balance and my general overall fitness.
Jen S classes are amazing and Dylan too! Miss water aerobics Janice was great! Please bring back water aerobics!

The programs are well rounded and the instructors (Jen S, Jen O and Missy) are wonderful. They are very knowledgeable about what they are teaching.
