The programs are offered during the day. They are very well run too.
All the programs are excellent.But the most important thing is the staff at the facility in Punta Gorda, florida, especially lou, he takes the time to remember everyone's name and greets them every day. The only thing I gotta say that is negative parking is very limited.

I like the Pilates yoga and group fitness. My husband likes the weights and exercise equipment. The new app is a great improvement.

I like the older adult classes of yoga with Donna and Ethie's upbeat aerobic sessions on Tue, Wed and Thur. These classes keep me going thru my 80's and I hope beyond.

I normally work out on my own , but I have seen all the programs and activities and they do a great job. The facility is always clean and has about every piece of equipment youwould want.
So far I just use the equipment downstairs. I like the overall cleanliness of the gym space.
Punta Gorda Y does a wonderful job fitting our aging community with classes that work for all levels. My mom has had so much improvement in balance and mobility with classes at the Y! I love that there are classes at the nearby church, a closer option for me with my Y instructors.
Love Zumba, would like to see more variations of Zumba as in Zumba tone

The morning workout classes are great, especially with instructors like Laurie & Ethie. They always mix up their routines and keep them interesting yet challenging.
