Your facilities and staff are top notch. It's a pleasure to visit your Y.
We use the pool most often
Clean facility lots of equipment Pleasant staff
Exercise classes are convenient
Plenty of space, equipment and a variety of classes offered at numerous times.
Lots of classes for seniors. Good variety for all abilities. Good variety of types of exercises for balance, cardio, strength and coordination, and mental.
Great instructors. Nice facility.
We were snowbirds, so take us off your mailing list.
Very nice facility, good equipment and friendly people. The only disappointment I have is that there are people that don’t wipe the equipment down when they’re finished.
Lots of great classes and wonderful instructors
I love your group classes! I love step aerobics! Judy Hine is one of the best teachers I’ve ever had.
I really wish you’d bring back line dancing. Bonnie was terrific at it and it was such a good mental and physical work out.
Everyone is very friendly!!
Wish you had more AOA classic and Chair yoga on Tues. and Thurs.
I swim and pool availability is great. Life guards very professional and helpful
I love Jan’s Tuesday and Thursday morning classes!
Variety of programs and excellent instructors
I like how it’s local, has a variety of classes, machines, and activities. I like how it offers a variety for the various ages. I feel comfortable and safe. I can work out alone without feeling uncomfortable. I do not like the hours. It closes too early on the weekends when families are off. Especially on Sunday. I have a difficult time getting to the pool on the weekends. I have to not go to church. That’s not good. I also don’t like how the pool is never vacuumed and has black mold
Mat Pilates and weights
What I don’t like is some classes are allowed waitlist and some classes changed times for people to register for class. You lost all continuity. It should be all classes go back to waitlist or no wait classes for anyone. All sign ups go back to 36hours or make a consistent time for all classes
The remodeling was much needed and has improved the exercise experience greatly
Parkinson’s boxing class Tuesday and THURSDAY AT 10:30 am
Variety
Not a complaint, but, a suggestion.
In the men's locker room, the newly installed paper towel dispensers would be better if they were hung on the wall opposite the sinks as the other ones were, because, no one can get a towel if some one is using sink #1 or #5, as the person using the sink is physically in the way of someone wanting to get a towel.
Also,
Because you are standing at an angle to grasp a towel, the towels tear and consequently, MORE towels are used in order to have an untorn complete towel.
I'm sure the custodian has remarked about the tiny torn towels on the floor and some find their way into the sink drain, which will cause issues down the road.
T Y for finally repairing the drinking fountain in the men's room.
If it ever needs replacement, will you consider getting one with a BOTTLE FILL valve like the out door pool area has.
During covid, drinking fountains were closed because of the close proximity of the persons breath and backwash from their mouth. Bottles filled are more hygienic than gulping water.
The Y is a Happy Place for me.
Most are friendly.
The locker room is clean but the inside of the lockers need a blowing out occasionally.
I was a janitor at a school so I speak from experience.
Have a Great day

That you are finely fixing everything up, love my trainer & the variety of things she does with me. I am not happy with the price increase in my training price! I am on a fixed income & that is not easy! The gym is kept clean, but you could use someone on the floor making sure people are using the equipment correctly .i have yet to see the general manger anywhere on the floor, yet I heard he was able to go to California with some employees for a week !
Very informative and responsive…. equipment in good shape
The facility, equipment, cleanliness, employees. I don’t or haven’t as yet gotten involved with the programs or activities.
Virtually everything! I’ve taken close to ten different classes. The variety is fabulous, and all the instructors are both expert and caring. I just love the Y! It’s hard to find room in the popular ones, but that’s to be expected in high season.
Classes are good. Mostly good times.
Need more during the week pickleball drop in times.
YMCA is best, for people who want to be in good shape!!!

Don’t use your activities
