The amount of machines and more and most importantly my personal trainer Lalanna Carasco. I am a stroke survivor age is not only a valuable resource for strength building and nutritional advice she is a very good honest person. I’ve worked through my first 12 session package and will be purchasing another one on Wednesday.

Clean a lot of equipment and classes to choose from. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.
The staff is very welcoming and friendly! And there is a nice variety of classes.

The outdoor pool is the best one I’ve ever used! Warm and clean water, open swim area for non-lane users, palm trees, loungers, shaded and open areas, happy lifeguards. Love it.
