Love to come and after the workout use the sauna hot tub and take a shower
I joined not that long ago and have not participated in any programs or activities. Everyone that works there is very nice and I appreciate the sanitizing wipes versus paper towels and a spray bottle. I love the facility and equipment. I also like the racquetball courts.
I love the Pilates class with Jamisue on Monday, Wed, and Friday at 4 p.m. She is a fabulous instructor. I have been attending for about one year and I notice a definite improvement in my strength, endurance and mobility. My knees have not felt this strong for 30 years! The time is great for me as I work and cannot get to the morning classes.
Classes for all, fit or wanting to be fit, aging well and with new challenges. Family and community activities and assistance. The y is a wonderful resource for meeting people and making friends.
