How clean it is. Availability of machines. Atmosphere of being at the gym instead of a social gathering. Various rooms to exercise in. I do not like the choice of music.

Over the years as I have aged, my body still needs exercise and muscle building. I love the Active Older Adults classes.

CLASSES AT DIFFERENT TIMES.

I really like the programs that are offered although I don't like to have to sit on my phone at the exact time to register for class. I have no suggestions on how to resolve that, unfortunately. It's nice that you have coffee, it's just a nice touch. I wish you had a military discount on your membership.

I like the wide variety of options available: group classes with enthusiastic instructors featuring different types of yoga, functional fitness, strength training and dance, as well as the fantastic MyZone intensive workout sessions that my husband and I have been enjoying. I have also appreciated having the virtual room available most afternoons, when I have done some Les Mills classes like Body Balance and The Trip. Upstairs, there is a myriad of machines to choose from, my favourite being the Arc Trainer, which allows me to move like cross-country skiing. I love to swim, but I have been so busy enjoying the classes, that I have only gazed at the Y’s huge pool, which is an impressive asset in this area.

Group exercise classes

The instructors do great teaching. Jan Forever Fit is excellent. Never a dull moment. The Y is bright and friendly. New renovation has made it top notch. Love the Y

I really like all the options for fitness classes. Not only are there many different offerings, they’re at a range of times. I’ve taken Bodypump at 6:15am and Zumba Toning at 4:30. I even like the virtual options. In a perfect world, classes such as 9am Body Pump wouldn’t fill up instantly.

And let’s not take the parking for granted! A New Jersey YMCA I once belonged to had very limited, paid parking in an adjoining municipal lot. It was so stressful we quit.

Very good we are enjoying. Please we want our chair Yoga 11: am. To 11:45 am 3 time a week they take our schedule away from us ! Please in New Year make us happy and give us back our time. Thanks

I like the group classes—water aerobics, chair yoga, AOA.

Looks like a very well run and organized program.

I like the clean facilities. My cat enjoys hanging out in your woods, while I'm inside, or just staying outside w/ him. Very helpful staff. Overall good place. Tku much YMCA!
