Love the classes with instructors. All instructors I have seen are very good at explaining things and offer alternate options to fit individual limitations.They are all friendly and caring.

We are new members. Staff has been very welcoming. We have yet to take advantage of all the offerings but know they are there when we are ready. There is so much we look forward to by way of classes, outdoor swimming and hot tub, etc.
I like the sauna, steam room and hot tub.
I work out on the elliptical and I use the free weights.
Plenty of equipment, friendly staff and cleanliness.
