Wide variety of workout possibilities from individual machines to classes and personal trainers. Very friendly staff and comfortable surroundings. Great swimming pool also.

I love cardio splash. It’s an excellent workout with Bonnie who is tremendous!
I also like chair yoga. It’s an activity that I am able to do in spite of my limitations and arthritis.

Swim pool sauna older cybec machines happy employees who go out of their way to make sure everything‘s working for us. Please give them all a bonus and a raise.
Convenience of classes and weight machines. I have double inguinal hernia surgery next Monday. Will be back in a week or two.
I like that you have a good verity is classes. I like that there are plenty of different types of weight equipment and a lot of aerobic machines upstairs.
