I thing all ages people have change to use sport facilities at convenient time for them and became active and improve physical and mental health.
The mix both of activities and people within the community that are attracted by them. I particularly like the “family” mix.
Yoga, need more classes.
Variety
Deep water aerobics is fantastic. The easy access to many different types of machines is wonderful -- wait time, if any, is minimal.
All of the trainers and teachers I have met are super qualified. The Y offers a huge array of weekly classes.
Your facility and staff is top notch.
You have a nice huge selection of strength building equipment as well as cardio, but several of the cardio machines (steppers and eliptical) are not functioning properly
I like the wide variety of activities available even though I don't avail myself of most of them. I have used the aerobics in the pool and some of the classes. I mostly use the machines.....but everything is clean and available. Even during Covid, you made every effort to protect all of us! Thanks....
Group exercise classes
I love the hot tub and swim pool, Jammie Sue's class is the best 3x a week. Jan is fabulous whenever I take classes. Bruce and his wife are great people to welcome me at the front door.
All the people at the front desk are exceptional, friendly, kind and very able to help me with any questions I may have...I love the Y. Judy and Joe in the weights area are super...Please give the employees a bonus and raise... thank you for asking... Susan Scholtz happy YMCA member.
Ulie and Chad have made the front areas beautiful. John, Ginny and Tucker are the best lifeguards. I could go on and on the Y makes me feel young!!!
The classes are great. Yoga and body pump are my favorite.

I have been a member of both Venice and Englewood YMCA's for about 20 years. Both have excellent and helpful Staffs and are doing an amazing job of rebuilding after Hurricane Ian, knowing that it is slow going because of so much damage to the area and difficulty in getting already overwhelmed local labor to do the work.
Your programs are excellent and a great mixture for both men & women. Great Job and keep signing up the new members that are fulfilling their New Years Resolutions. David "Mac" McIntyre
