I love step class, the Zumba music is too loud! I have done extensive reading on this, It can cause deafness’ I believe there is a rule how many decibels it may be turned up. I told Charlotte it was too loud and she told me it was supposed to be. A number of women in the class told me they wear ear plugs and I should buy them??? I did not join the Y to lose my hearing. I understand the 4 iclock class is worse! I hope U will do something about this situation! She works for us!
I like the fact that there is always someone there to help you. The equipment is usually working in fine order and it’s usually very clean.
You have a comprehensive modern facility that is very welcoming. A convenient location and lots of parking are a plus.
I like the facility because it gets a lot of natural light and has a wide range of equipment and space for exercise.
I really like the group exercise classes
So many to choose from! The coaches and instructors are great. Natalya is the best ever. I try to take every course she has.
It's a great facility. Love the classes especially the early morning ones.
Variety of exercise options
I don't use the programs, but we use the activitie for the kids and they seem to enjoy them.

Good instructors overall. I particularly would like to praise our instructor, Bonnie J., for her unending enthusiasm and expertise in making our Cardio Splash sessions so worthwhile.
I would like the YMCA to offer a Tai Chi class for seniors 3 X weekly.
So many classes to choose from. I especially love Susan’s 8:00 am Active adults class on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and her 8:00 am stretch fit class on Tuesday and Thursday.

The location of the equipment I do not use any of the other things such as classes. However, your swimming pool is nice.
I like that I can afford the membership and I’m able to use tha yakusi
The building and facilities are always clean and in working condition. I do just the swimming and a Pilates class so can’t address the whole range of activities but both of those were great!

I use weight machines and with addition of the new equipment I never have to wait to exercise. Also, the Y is clean, well lighted and has a fresh coat of paint. Great place.

Shallow water aerobics is my favorite class. Bonnie is an exceptional instructor. I've had many others up north before moving to Venice, and Bonnie is by far the best of them.
