I love the group exercise classes! I have met many other moms through the Y and I am so thankful. My son loves the child care center, and we both LOVE the pool during the summer. We love our YMCA!

My kids have always done YMCA sports and we really enjoy it. The sports program director, Alex Goins is great as well. I think she does a great job.

They are affordable, organized, offer a wide variety of sport options for all different ages. With life being busy I Enjoy the reminder emails about your next practice/game time as well. Alex has done wonders for the sports and activities at the Powhatan YMCA.

I love the classes and childwatch! We go every day. My kid loves it, and we have met so many new friends for both myself and him! I love that the pool has so many areas to swim fwe can’t wait until summer!!

Great staff, good class offerings.

Being a smaller branch there was a revolving door for some time. We now have a solid activities director & staff (Alex & crew) and a solid well experienced aquatics director (Jessie). Having them is a game changer for our kids. My children run cross country and now will swim summer league again, we have been very fortunate with all of the coaching and support staff. These new vibrant leaders have brought and continue to bring new strong programs for our youth in Powhatan. Having experience working with youth myself, this all comes at a time when it is so very needed both mentally and physically more than ever.

We did the soccer program for my 3 year old and we loved Coach Brian. He did such a nice job with the kids & was very encouraging to the kiddos. He taught them a few skills and my son enjoyed the program a lot!

We love tennis and cross country!

This was a great program and not too time intensive either. My daughter is 4 and I like that it was only one day a week for an hour or so.

I love the sports offered at the YMCA. The instructors/coaches are always great with the kids, and the price beats any other organization.
