We have only completed a few days, but the the teacher to student ratio is excellent. The teachers are aware of their surroundings. They pay attention to the child's abilities instead of assuming each student is the same.

Friendly , knowledgeable associates

Swim classes have been great so far and utilizing the outdoor pools as a family have been wonderful (this is our second summer here). The lifeguards are friendly and very attentive. Our middle daughter has a cognitive delay and one of the lifeguards actually climbed down from the tower to talk to her (when our family was the only family in the kiddie pool at the time). That really meant a lot to us!

The variety offered

Your staff was so kind and helpful. I had an epic mom fail and forgot a towel, and they found one and let me use it without making me feel stupid!! Great customer service

Great program! Especially the Program Director John. He is really accommodating and exhibits excellent customer service to ensure the children and parents are well taken care of.

The connection the instructors have with their students and their energy through the lessons

We have been very pleased with the Aquatics coordinator and his communication with us during the swim lesson program. We are also very pleased with the swim coaches; they are great with the kids, and everyone is having a great time!

Offer time for kids and families after work/school hours

Everyone is so supportive and encouraging! They make you feel like you can actually learn to swim no matter your age or ability!

The pre-school age swim lessons are very organized, with a clear format that my child really likes!

My grandson is only 15 month old, this was perfect class for him. It is a small class, easy to follow the instructions of the teacher. Kristine is a great teacher, she is passionate and very knowledgeable and very sweet person. Kristine makes the class fun and playful.
I will definitely recommend this class to all new parents with small kids

It was our first swim lesson and the team at the Y did a very good job of pushing our son the appropriate amount. It was our third try for stroke lessons in the area and this one worked. I'm looking forward to seeing his progress.

Instructors are very attentive and patient. They have multiple instructors available which makes me feel that my child is safe.

I sent this in an email to the aquatics director, but will include here as well:
I just wanted to shoot a quick email to say how impressed I was with my son's instructors on Wednesday (the 6:10 intermediate class). He got more feedback and specific instruction about what to do in that one lesson than we have had in any of our previous months. I can't speak to Monday's lesson, as I wasn't there for that one, but Wednesday's was really awesome! My son is really excited to come to lessons this week, and I really attribute that to how encouraging and helpful the instructors were. He got more swimming/practice time than he ever has, and he actually got feedback and encouragement about what to work on (which has never been the case before) - I could see a huge improvement just in this one lesson. I just wanted to send an email to say thank you!

As an update- yesterday's lesson (Mon 3/11) was exceptional as well! The instructor was fantastic, so supportive while also pushing him, and really worked on his skills- this has been such an improvement from previous months and we are so glad we signed him up for these sessions

Swim classes this round have been very organized, the teachers are actively engaged with the children and safety precautions are taken. Bravo! I see a big difference from last year.

Great service

Kristine has been great at meeting my usually shy toddler exactly where she is. She has made her comfortable and encouraged fun and safety in the water. We lucked out with her as our swim instructor!
