My boys have taken swim lessons at multiple Y’s in Texas and Virginia. I felt the coaching they received from the instructors at the Manchester Y was excellent and among the best. This was the first time the boys used the floating devices on their backs. Additionally, the classes had access to a large area of the pool, which was nice.

Excellent staff, communicable and knowledgeable in their training and how to work with the children.

I love the patience and attention given to each kid. The instructor to child ratio is always good, I feel my kids get the attention needed.

The staff are amazing at what they do, especially Ally and Ariel.

We really love the aquatics director Ms.Ariel and Ms. Allie! They do a great job of keeping members in the loop for aquatics. We also love the swim team staff as well!

I felt really encouraged to continue the process. The instructors were very flexible schedule wise, patient and totally comforting with my anxiety. They also allowed me to move as my own pace providing positive feedback in the areas of my weakness. I would definitely and have already refer others to Manchester's swim program.

The preschool swim instructors were so amazingly patient and kind to the class. They made my son (who had always been anxious in water) immediately feel at ease. We can’t wait to return next week!

Love the swim lessons as we have been taking them for years.

My only feedback is in the swim team and helping to set expectations for families who may be starting out on swim team. My daughter and I didn’t know what to expect and didn’t have a good first experience. I’m not sure if we should’ve asked more questions prior to signing up or what.

It was awesome! My son felt so comfortable with the instructors. They were very welcoming to all of the children. My son said he had so much fun, he can't wait until the next lesson.

The instructors take time and specialize their approach with each kid individually. This is amazing for parents whose children are vastly different and need different techniques. Amazing teachers who care about the information retained, not just getting through the lesson!
